Drawing to casting system

The company’s capabilities allows to master the production of model and core sets in the shortest possible time and begin to fulfill an order of any amount, using, among other, the possibilities of modeling foundry processes in the MagmaSoft software complex and 3D printing. Own fleet of CNC processing centers allows to quickly make changes to the geometry of castings without stopping for development and readjustment.

20-year experience

Our experience in smelting high alloys allows to accurately comply with chemical composition regulations according to the DIN, ASTM, GOST, DSTU (etc.) standards.
SUMIMOTO’s patented technological methods of in-mold modification and out-of-furnace processing radically reduce the content and effect of harmful impurities in product alloys. The certified StectroMAxx chemical laboratory and the LECO metallographic laboratory allow accurate and professional quality control of cast blanks from the moment of receipt of charge materials to smelting and analysis of finished products.

Process automation

All processes of manufacturing molds, rods, and finishing are carried out on automated lines with the involvement of a minimum number of staff, binding components are used exclusively by European manufacturers with minimal impact on the environment.

Modern equipment

Mechanical processing of cast blanks is carried out on modern CNC centers of the MAZAK brand – high-performance equipment with numerical software control. The capacity of the CNC workshop is hundreds of parts per day while maintaining high standards of quality, manufacturability, and modern trends in metal machining.

Additional services

We also offer service and engineering services to improve the conditions of use of the equipment, a clearer dialogue between the service staff of the client and the manufacturer and the extension of the repair period. Only joint efforts can bring the maximum result.
